Did he just say that?

So after a few months of Wyatt saying 'dada,' he finally said 'mama' yesterday! He just woke up knowing how to make an M sound. Of course he will only say it when he wants too.....when I say 'mama' to him he of course says 'dada'.....I guess beggars can't be choosers.....I'll take a random 'mama' anytime!

Wyatt is also now climbing and standing with the help of furniture....so his first bruises are in the near future!

Here are a couple new photos of Wyatt. He's looking a little chubby in the first picture...but I think he's just a solid little boy! He loves to chew on the train that Aunt Kristi gave him.

This second photo I took this morning. He's started to drink juice from a sippy cup lately...and hasn't figured out that he can't have both his pacifier and the sippy in his mouth at the same time. He gets so frustrated with it, it's hilarious!!

I took this one yesterday. Wyatt is really starting to babble lately....and totally has Dada down.....but not even close to mama! Brian loves it!

Biker Boy

Wyatt isn't quite big enough to ride a tricycle yet....but he sure enjoyed sitting on the one my parents got for Grace for her 3rd birthday. I'm sure if Brian has his way Wyatt is definitely getting a motorcycle when he's older....goodness knows Brian wants one!

Since I am home for the summer now I am able to take more pictures of our little guy. So here are a few!

I gave Wyatt a plastic spoon to play with...so I could make dinner...and he didn't quite know what to do with it. I had to show him how to bang it on the floor to make a noise with it. Once he figured it out he loved it!

This has been Wyatt's new look lately. I think his teeth must be doing something again inside of his gums because he's always got his tongue rubbing over them. His face looks like all cheeks in this picture!!...well, I guess it is.

Lastly, Wyatt's finally figured out toys. He absolutely loves this dump truck...it makes a truck noise when you push the little man in it....again, notice his tongue sticking out!
