Chocolate Pudding!
Introducing "Grilling with the Balk's"
I talked my wife into letting me buy an HD Flip camcorder (she was not thrilled about the idea) with the promise that we would start recording more of Wyatt's explorations and family outings; however, this summer I have also taken on the challenge to grill more. This was a great meal with amazing flavor and was very easy to prepare. As I say in the video I would pull it off the grill when the center temp is 165-170 degrees, this will give you a medium-well finish. As side dishes we made foil potatoes and grilled tomatoes. 1 HD Flip, 2 grills cooking, 6 family members, and a lot of fresh strawberry margaritas, doesn't get much better then that. Stay tuned for the next, Grilling with the Balk's when we make Beer Can Chicken!
